Cette rencontre visait non seulement a\u0300 fournir des outils pour \u00ab ge\u0301rer efficacement les tensions professionnelles, mais aussi a\u0300 renforcer l\u2019unite\u0301 des membres, en pre\u0301vision des prochaines e\u0301lections professionnelles \u00bb, a dit Paul Mouviossi Mombo, Secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral adjoint de la COSYGA.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ce se\u0301minaire a e\u0301te\u0301 l\u2019occasion pour les participants de re\u0301fle\u0301chir aux causes et conse\u0301quences des conflits dans le milieu professionnel, ainsi que d\u2019e\u0301changer sur les bonnes pratiques pour y faire face de manie\u0300re constructive. Les discussions ont re\u0301ve\u0301le\u0301 le fait que, bien qu\u2019ine\u0301vitable, le conflit en entreprise n\u2019est pas force\u0301ment ne\u0301faste. Au contraire, il peut e\u0302tre porteur de transformations et d\u2019innovations, a\u0300 condition d\u2019e\u0302tre bien ge\u0301re\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les principales sources de conflits e\u0301voque\u0301es, on retrouve les relations interpersonnelles entre colle\u0300gues, les conditions de travail, les revendications salariales et les de\u0301saccords entre les diffe\u0301rentes parties prenantes de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Au nombre des enjeux cle\u0301s retenus dans le cadre de la gestion efficace des conflits, l\u2019organisation du travail et le maintien d\u2019un bon climat social, les participants pre\u0301conisent l\u2019ame\u0301lioration des conditions de travail, en cre\u0301ant un environnement favorable au bien-e\u0302tre des employe\u0301s pour e\u0301viter l\u2019apparition de conflits.<\/p>\n<p>Le maintien d\u2019un bon climat social, la responsabilite\u0301 incombe aux managers et aux responsables des ressources humaines pour anticiper les tensions et re\u0301agir promptement. La promotion du dialogue social inclusif et ouvert entre toutes les parties prenantes de l\u2019entreprise est un levier indispensable pour parvenir a\u0300 des solutions constructives, a-t-on appris.<\/p>\n<p>Yves Parfait Mouviossi, Confe\u0301de\u0301ral en charge de la juridiction au bureau exe\u0301cutif de la COSYGA, a rappele\u0301 qu\u2019un conflit mal ge\u0301re\u0301 peut avoir des conse\u0301quences de\u0301sastreuses. Sur le plan financier, cela peut entrai\u0302ner une perte de clients, une baisse de la performance, ou encore des frais juridiques. Sur le plan humain, des tensions non re\u0301solues peuvent nuire au moral des e\u0301quipes et entrai\u0302ner des proble\u0300mes de sante\u0301 mentale, comme l\u2019e\u0301puisement professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>La cle\u0301 de la re\u0301ussite sur la gestion proactive du conflit, par le biais du dialogue social, a e\u0301te\u0301 mise en avant comme solution principale. Selon Yves Parfait Mouviossi, \u00ab il faut privile\u0301gier le dialogue a\u0300 tous les niveaux de l\u2019entreprise pour e\u0301viter l\u2019escalade des tensions. Ce n\u2019est pas le conflit en soi qui est proble\u0301matique, mais la manie\u0300re dont il est aborde\u0301 et ge\u0301re\u0301 \u00bb, a-t-il conseille\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Ce se\u0301minaire a permis de rappeler qu\u2019un conflit en entreprise n\u2019est pas une fatalite\u0301.
