Le 14 juin, c\u2019\u00e9tait au tour des s\u00e9nateurs d\u2019\u00e9couter et d\u2019interroger Alexandre Gilbert Awassi sur sa proposition de loi portant modification de la loi 10\/2016 du 5 septembre 2016 relative au harc\u00e8lement en milieu professionnel. L\u2019ambition du d\u00e9put\u00e9 du deuxi\u00e8me si\u00e8ge de la commune de Moanda dans la province du Haut-Ogoou\u00e9 est d\u2019\u00e9largir cette loi au milieu scolaire, familial et sur la toile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNous voulons apporter une bagatelle de sanctions qui puisse permettre d\u2019aider les victimes d\u00e9s\u0153uvr\u00e9es et souvent toutes seules \u00e0 jouir de leurs droits fondamentaux, dont la justice\u00bb, explique l\u2019\u00e9lu qui dit proposer dans son projet de loi une s\u00e9rie de peines cens\u00e9es dissuader les auteurs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s d\u2019actes de harc\u00e8lement aussi bien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 la maison que sur Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Mais avant tout, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 du mouvement politique \u00ab Osons Ensemble \u00bb pr\u00e9sente sa proposition de loi comme un outil de pr\u00e9vention et de protection au profit des jeunes filles et gar\u00e7ons, pour leur permettre de s\u2019\u00e9panouir pleinement dans ces diff\u00e9rents milieux.
