Africa-Press – Gabon. <\/strong><\/span>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un fleuron de la formation professionnelle au Gabon, le Centre international multisectoriel de formation et d\u2019enseignement professionnel (CIMFEP) de Nkok a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9 ce 29 juin par les agents en col\u00e8re qui r\u00e9clament de meilleures conditions de travail.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le Centre international multisectoriel de formation et d\u2019enseignement professionnel (CIMFEP) de Nkok enregistre sa premi\u00e8re gr\u00e8ve, un an apr\u00e8s son ouverture. Le personnel en col\u00e8re a ferm\u00e9 le 29 juin les portes de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Les agents d\u00e9noncent l\u2019absence de d\u00e9cision d\u2019affectation, textes de d\u00e9tachement et un traitement social inad\u00e9quat.<\/p>\n

Selon le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 du personnel, Wolfgang Ossavou, \u00abla primes li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9loignement, la prime de pr\u00e9sence et le transport sont quasi-inexistant\u00bb. \u00abOn nous a dot\u00e9 d\u2019un minibus qui ne peut transporter qu\u2019apr\u00e8s plusieurs tours, la centaine d\u2019agents affect\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e9tablissement\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Etat a d\u00e9bauch\u00e9 des enseignants dans les lyc\u00e9es techniques pour les nouveaux centres de formation mais ces enseignants sont victimes de suspension de solde parce que dit-il, \u00ableur situation administrative n\u2019est pas claire. Ils ne sont plus du Lyc\u00e9e technique, ils ne sont m\u00eame pas du CIMFEP de Nkok\u00bb. Ces soldes sont suspendus depuis 2 mois.<\/p>\n

Si ces enseignants disent attendre la r\u00e9gularisation de leur situation administrative, le personnel du CIMFEP de Nkok s\u2019inqui\u00e8te tout aussi des conditions de travail. \u00abLe centre de sant\u00e9 est non approvisionn\u00e9 en m\u00e9dicaments, les machines des ateliers ne sont pas assur\u00e9es\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Wolfgang Ossavou selon qui, plusieurs cas d\u2019accidents graves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9s dans les ateliers. \u00abFace \u00e0 tout ceci, le personnel s\u2019est r\u00e9uni et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019interpeller la hi\u00e9rarchie en initiant une gr\u00e8ve d\u2019avertissement qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e d\u2019un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve\u00bb, a-t-il fait savoir.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve et la gr\u00e8ve d\u2019avertissement \u00e9puis\u00e9, l\u2019administration centrale de l\u2019Agence nationale de la formation professionnelle et la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du CIMFEP seraient rest\u00e9es de marbre. \u00abAlors, les agents ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019entrer en gr\u00e8ve illimit\u00e9e. Les cours sont suspendus, les ateliers sont ferm\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement est ferm\u00e9\u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n
