Africa-Press – Gabon. <\/strong><\/span>Le groupe bancaire et le gouvernement gabonais repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la ministre de la Fonction publique ont sign\u00e9 mardi un nouvel accord aboutissant \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du Club Capital Humain (CCH), qui permettra de mieux g\u00e9rer les ressources humaines dans le priv\u00e9 et le public.<\/b><\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le ch\u00f4mage au Gabon et en vue d\u2019une meilleure gestion de la ressource humaine, aussi bien dans le secteur public que priv\u00e9, BGFIBank a annonc\u00e9 le 12 juillet \u00e0 Libreville la cr\u00e9ation du Club Capital Humain (CCH). La structure sera g\u00e9r\u00e9e avec le gouvernement gabonais, par l\u2019entremise du minist\u00e8re de la Fonction publique.<\/p>\n

Concept innovant au Gabon, \u00able Club Capital Humain constitue un forum d\u2019interaction permettant de promouvoir l\u2019excellence dans le dispositif de conduite des hommes et femmes qui s\u2019activent au quotidien pour la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs que nous nous fixons en tant que chefs d\u2019entreprises\u00bb, explique Henri Claude Oyima, PDG du Groupe BGFIBank, qui esp\u00e8re qu\u2019il r\u00e9sultera de cette nouvelle structure \u00abun nivellement par le haut dont le r\u00e9sultat sera n\u00e9cessairement l\u2019\u00e9mergence de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e et de partage de strat\u00e9gies\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Au gouvernement, si l\u2019on se r\u00e9jouit de cette nouvelle initiative du groupe bancaire au profit des personnels des secteurs public et priv\u00e9, on explique que l\u2019accompagnement des autorit\u00e9s se justifie dans le fait que celle-ci permettra, entre autres, d\u2019\u00abadapter les politiques gouvernementales aux probl\u00e9matiques de l\u2019emploi\u00bb. Le partenariat qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 avec BGFIBank \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du lancement officiel du CCH est d\u2019ailleurs pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la ministre de la Fonction publique, Madeleine Edm\u00e9e Berre, comme \u00abun document d\u2019adaptation strat\u00e9gique entre ce Club qui r\u00e9unit plusieurs directeurs des Ressources humaines d\u2019entreprises et l\u2019\u00c9tat, \u00e0 travers l\u2019Office national de l\u2019emploi (ONE), pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019offre et de mieux animer le march\u00e9 du travail\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, s\u2019il a rappel\u00e9 que le secteur priv\u00e9 est \u00able seul et l\u2019unique \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de l\u2019emploi\u00bb, Henri Claude Oyima reconna\u00eet n\u00e9anmoins qu\u2019il est impossible pour le m\u00eame secteur de jouer son r\u00f4le s\u2019il ne comprend et ne tient pas compte des strat\u00e9gies et des orientations \u00e9dict\u00e9es par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n
