Les agents de Trans Urb, entreprise \u00e9tatique de transport public menacent d\u2019entrer en gr\u00e8ve g\u00e9n\u00e9rale illimit\u00e9e cette semaine pour mauvais management suppos\u00e9 de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/b><\/p>\n

Les employ\u00e9s sont en col\u00e8re parce que la Direction d\u2019exploitation a refus\u00e9 de les accorder des cong\u00e9s. \u00c0 la place, elle a, selon eux, accept\u00e9s d\u2019octroyer des simples repos de deux semaines non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque travailleur subalterne.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les chauffeurs, op\u00e9rateurs et les agents de maintenance ne partent pas en cong\u00e9s depuis 2020 et on travaille tous les jours sauf les dimanches. Entre temps, les jeunes chefs qui viennent d\u2019arriver hier l\u00e0 partent en cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9es \u00bb<\/b>, a fustig\u00e9 un agent.<\/p>\n

Dans leurs plaintes, les agents de Trans Urb d\u00e9noncent les abus auxquels ils sont expos\u00e9s quotidiennement. Les salari\u00e9s travaillant en rotation du matin, subiraient des agressions, de tentatives d\u2019enl\u00e8vement et des viols parce que \u00ab nous nous levons vers 3h et 4h pour aller au travail \u00bb.<\/p>\n
