Le Ministre du Budget et des Comptes publics, \u00c9dith Ekiri Mounombi \u00e9pse Oyouomi, a annonc\u00e9 lundi 25 juillet 2022 au terme de la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e des conf\u00e9rences budg\u00e9taires relatives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du projet de loi de Finances 2023, que le Gabon, pays p\u00e9trolier qui enregistre un l\u00e9ger embelli au niveau du prix du baril de p\u00e9trole, table sur une croissance de 3,2% en 2023.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons projet\u00e9 un taux de croissance de l\u2019ordre de 3,2% contrairement \u00e0 2022 o\u00f9 il est de l\u2019ordre de 2,8% \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mme Ekiri Mounombi Oyouomi.<\/p>\n

Pour le membre du gouvernement ces conf\u00e9rences budg\u00e9taires ont pour objectif d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la programmation de l\u2019investissement. Il est question de rationaliser, a-t-elle soulign\u00e9, le budget de l\u2019investissement qui doit \u00eatre en augmentation.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui les donn\u00e9es macro\u00e9conomiques tiennent compte d\u2019une situation macro\u00e9conomique globale, il s\u2019agit de la guerre russo-ukrainienne ; nous avons pris comme hypoth\u00e8se de base un prix de baril de p\u00e9trole \u00e0 65 dollars, il faut \u00eatre prudent. C\u2019est vrai que dans la loi de finance rectificative 2022 on \u00e9tait \u00e0 80, une augmentation mais nous restons prudent \u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Concernant la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de ces conf\u00e9rences, outre la primature, le Ministre de la promotion de la bonne gouvernance et de la lutte contre la corruption, Francis Nkea Ndzigue, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les deux projets prioritaires de son d\u00e9partement.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous voulons mettre en place une plateforme qui puisse permettre \u00e0 tout citoyen de d\u00e9noncer la corruption, c\u2019est une mani\u00e8re vraiment tr\u00e8s importante de lutter contre la corruption \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 M. Nkea Ndzigue, indiquant par la suite que le deuxi\u00e8me projet prioritaire est acc\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une politique nationale de l\u2019\u00e9valuation. Une politique nationale qui cadre avec les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s gabonaises.<\/p>\n

Lesdites conf\u00e9rences budg\u00e9taires vont se tenir du 25 au 12 juillet courant. En 2\u00e8me phase, elles porteront sur les s\u00e9ances techniques entre les services de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du budget et des finances publiques (DGBFIP) et les administrations sectorielles.<\/p>\n

Notons que la loi de Finances rectificative en 2022, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e en ressources et en charges est de 3295,6 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n
