En l\u2019occurrence dans le secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie\/restauration\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le 2 ao\u00fbt, Hans Iyangui lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse \u00e0 ce propos, \u00e0 la Chambre nationale des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019artisanat (CNMAG). Les m\u00e9tiers de bouche, a indiqu\u00e9 Rachel Ebaneth, la directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la CNMAG, \u00abfont naturellement partie de l\u2019Artisanat\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La CNMAG, a rappel\u00e9 Alexis Lamek, l\u2019ambassadeur de France au Gabon, est une exp\u00e9rience lanc\u00e9e par l\u2019ambassade et le gouvernement gabonais pour donner un cadre \u00e0 des initiatives priv\u00e9es. \u00abJe crois que ce qu\u2019on a vu aujourd\u2019hui c\u2019est vraiment la preuve qu\u2019on a eu raison \u00e0 travailler ensemble\u00bb, a-t-il estim\u00e9, voyant en ce projet le moyen de \u00abdonner de l\u2019envie \u00e0 de jeunes gabonais pour qu\u2019ils se forment, qu\u2019ils d\u00e9couvrent la gastronomie, qu\u2019ils acqui\u00e8rent ces m\u00e9tiers de la bouche\u00bb. \u00abJe suis fier que nous ambassade de France avec le gouvernement gabonais, ayons cr\u00e9\u00e9 le cadre qui met cela en place\u00bb, a comment\u00e9 l\u2019ambassadeur.<\/p>\n<p>Susciter des vocations dans les m\u00e9tiers de bouche<\/p>\n<p>Au nombre des activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vues, une formation du 4 au 6 aout \u00e0 Port-Gentil de 50 jeunes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par l\u2019Office nationale de l\u2019emploi (ONE), et un d\u00eener d\u2019\u00c9picure dans la ville du sable. Libreville va accueillir la formation, du 9 au 10 aout, de 50 jeunes eux aussi s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par l\u2019ONE. Ces derniers seront entretenus pendant 2 jours au Centre de formation professionnel Basile Ondimba o\u00f9 le plateau a \u00e9t\u00e9 refait. A la cl\u00e9, un d\u00eener d\u2019\u00c9picure le 12 ao\u00fbt dans un restaurant de la place. \u00abOn n\u2019est pas venu r\u00e9volutionner la cuisine. On est l\u00e0 pour former les jeunes\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Alain Patrick Fauconnet, le champion du monde de la pizza et de design culinaire et professeur de cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Ces formations qu\u2019il pr\u00e9sente comme des ateliers sous formes de d\u00e9couverte, seront sanctionn\u00e9es par des attestations de participation. Pour le minist\u00e8re du Commerce, des petites et moyennes entreprises, l\u2019id\u00e9e est de susciter des vocations chez les jeunes. \u00abUne convention va \u00eatre mise en place avec les disciples d\u2019Escoffier afin que nos jeunes qui sont form\u00e9s au Centre Basile Ondimba puisse aller en immersion en France\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my Ngoulakia, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du minist\u00e8re. Pour lui, l\u2019id\u00e9al est d\u2019amener les jeunes \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux m\u00e9tiers de bouche d\u00e8s la classe de 3e. \u00abOn esp\u00e8re avoir une satisfaction de nos jeunes compatriotes, susciter des vocations\u00bb a dit Hans Iyangui.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPourquoi pas, \u00eatre disciples d\u2019Escoffier\u00bb, a-t-il poursuivi. P\u00e2tissier, il est le promoteur de ce projet et est accompagn\u00e9 en plus de Patrick Fauconnet, des chefs cuisiniers fran\u00e7ais dont Meidhi Belkessa un professeur en art culinaire et chef de cuisine ; Laurent M\u00e9chy, professeur en art de la table et du service et service en vin ainsi qu\u2019\u00c9ric Nguyen, cuisinier jeune espoir. Tous disciples d\u2019Escofier, la confr\u00e9rie qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la haute gastronomie fran\u00e7aise et membres de l\u2019association d\u00e9l\u00e9gation Grandes Alpes. Ils concocteront les d\u00eeners \u00e9picuriens \u00e0 base des produits locaux.
