Africa-Press – Gabon. <\/strong><\/span>Le Gabon \u00e0 travers la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Orelo, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme de droit gabonais cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le Fonds gabonais d\u2019investissements Strat\u00e9giques (FGIS) et le Groupe industriel panafricain Eranove ont sign\u00e9 le 09 septembre courant un contrat de concession pour la construction d\u2019une nouvelle station de traitement d\u2019Adduction d\u2019Eau Potable (AEP) qui devra approvisionner le grand Libreville (Libreville, Owendo, Akanda et Ntoum). <\/b>
\nLe Gabon \u00e0 travers la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Orelo, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme de droit gabonais cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le Fonds gabonais d\u2019investissements Strat\u00e9giques (FGIS) et le Groupe industriel panafricain Eranove ont sign\u00e9 le 09 septembre courant un contrat de concession pour la construction d\u2019une nouvelle station de traitement d\u2019Adduction d\u2019Eau Potable (AEP) qui devra approvisionner le grand Libreville (Libreville, Owendo, Akanda et Ntoum). <\/b><\/p>\n

La concession fait obligations entre les parties, la conception, le financement, la construction, l\u2019exploitation, l\u2019entretien et la maintenance d\u2019une nouvelle infrastructure de production d\u2019eau potable avec une capacit\u00e9 nominale de production de 140.000m3\/Jour. Les ouvrages de captage, transfert et traitement d\u2019eau de cette centrale seront situ\u00e9s entre Agoula et Ntoum, localis\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 50 km de Libreville.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous sommes tout particuli\u00e8rement heureux de pouvoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la signature de ce partenariat, car il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet structurant et attendu de tous. Cet ouvrage est aussi important de par la qualit\u00e9 des acteurs pr\u00e9sents et la confiance mutuelle qui traduisent l\u2019engagement des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s principalement, le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, son excellence Monsieur Ali BONGO ONDIMBA, de rendre accessible l\u2019eau potable \u00e0 tous \u00bb, <\/b>a indiqu\u00e9 au terme de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie sobre de signature de ce contrat, Alain Claude Bili\u00e9 By Nze, <\/b>Ministre de l\u2019Energie et des Ressources Hydrauliques.<\/p>\n

Le projet pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation de 500 emplois directs et 200 emplois indirects, ainsi qu\u2019un impact social profitant \u00e0 environ 700 000 habitants d\u00e8s sa mise en service en 2026. Ce qui permettra de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la forte croissance de la demande en eau de Libreville gr\u00e2ce notamment au renforcement des capacit\u00e9s actuelles de production.<\/p>\n

Pour le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Eranove Marc Alb\u00e9rola, \u00ab cette usine de production d\u2019eau potable va en effet participer au renforcement et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curisation des capacit\u00e9s de production d\u2019eau potable n\u00e9cessaire pour satisfaire la demande en eau potable du grand Libreville et favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau potable des populations gabonaises. Nous sommes fiers de compter GPC et le FGIS comme partenaires privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s sur ce projet qui cadre avec notre strat\u00e9gie, celle de rendre accessibles les services essentiels \u00e0 la vie<\/b> \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet de production ind\u00e9pendante d\u2019eau sous la forme contractuelle d\u2019une concession avec une dimension hautement sociale tout en pr\u00e9servant le riche \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me environnemental du Gabon \u00bb, <\/b>a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 avant d\u2019ajouter que l\u2019objectif \u00e9tant d\u2019apporter une r\u00e9ponse durable pour faire face aux enjeux strat\u00e9giques du Gabon en mati\u00e8re d\u2019alimentation en eau potable des populations.<\/p>\n
