Africa-Press – Gambia. A press release from the Office of the President in Dakar, after a cabinet meeting Wednesday, stated that President Macky Sall has renewed his trust in Prime Minister Amadou Ba and his ministers.
President Sall, according to the release, also urged the ministers to take appropriate measures for the organisation of the forthcoming elections slated for 15 December 2024 as well as for the National Dialogue involving politicians, human rights activists and other stakeholders of the country to promote peace and unity.
Prime Minister Ba reassured President Sall of his loyalty.
