Africa-Press – Gambia. The United Democratic Party (UDP) will hold an election next Sunday to choose a new campaign manager, following the resignation of Momodou Sabally.
According to a reliable source close to the UDP, two candidates have applied for the position: former campaign manager Karafa Sonko and Pa Manneh. The election will be held between them to determine the winner.
“Applications have been closed now, former campaign manager Karafa Sonko and Pa Manneh applied, and an election will be held between them next Sunday to decide on the winner,” our source said.
The United Democratic Party (UDP) campaign manager position has been vacant since the resignation of their former Campaign Manager Momodou Sabally.
