GNOC Announces Fourteen Athletes for the African Youth Games

Africa-Press – Gambia. The Gambia National Olympic Committee has announced the participation of fourteen young athletes competing in four sports at the 2025 ANOCA African Youth Games in Luanda, Angola, from December 10 to December 20, 2025. The athletics are as follows.

In athletics – track and field, Buba Bayo, Abdoulie Saidy, Modou Lamin Touray, Madiba Jatta, Rohey Camara, Fatoumatta Koteh, Maimuna Mendy, Adama Njie, Musa Kujabi, and Abdou Wadda will compete.

Andrew Correa will compete in badminton, while in beach volleyball, Abdallah Bah, Omar Bojang will compete, and in judo, we have Alima Jobe.

The delegation will be led by the GNOC Chef de Mission, Salifu Touray, president of the Gambia Tug-of-War Association.
