Foroyaa has informed the Gambian population that the publication of a statement on the report of a commission of inquiry by the Office of President is not the end of the process. In fact before such publication, those against whom adverse findings are made should be served with those adverse findings. They have the right to accept the adverse findings or appeal against them at the Court of Appeal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Foroyaa did start to approach those mentioned in the statement of the President and the Janneh Commission to get their opinion. So far ten People have said that they have filed appeals against the adverse findings made against them.
