The consultations were aimed at ensuring inclusiveness and participatory decision-making process to promote accountability and transparency within the Council in its dealings with communities.<\/p>\n

It was also aimed to help ensure citizens participate in the budgetary process of the Council to have a voice on the expenditure of their duties and taxes.<\/p>\n
