The constitution of any country is the supreme law to which all other laws must be subordinate. It serves as a guide to how the people are governed, how they select their representatives and on what terms; it defines the institutions that should be in place and how they are established and operate, and so forth. The constitution of a country therefore is everybody\u2019s business. Every Gambian should make it a point of duty to scrutinise it and then make their comments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
