PSV Wellingara and Samger are both keen to regain promotion to the country\u2019s top league next season as new second tier campaign began yesterday.<\/h1>\n

The Wellingara based-team and Academy boys were relegated to the second division league last season following their woeful display in the top flight league.<\/p>\n

Both clubs are zealous to win their 2019-2020 second division league matches to regain promotion to the first division league next season.<\/p>\n
