Africa-Press – Gambia. <\/strong><\/span>Senior Women\u2019s Football Coordinator at The Gambia Football Federation (GFF), Sainey Sissohore-Mboge, has tendered her resignation letter to the country\u2019s football governing body the GFF.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sissohore was appointed as the GFF Women\u2019s Coordinator in 2015.<\/p>\n

The former Abuko United and national team player announced her resignation during an interview with The Point Sports at her based in the United States of America (USA).<\/p>\n

Sissohore-Mboge applauded The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) executives headed by Lamin Kaba Bojo for their great support over the past years.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to thank my two mothers, husband, sisters and everyone who were supportive to me when I was serving the federation,\u2019\u2019 she pointed out.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2018I am grateful and honoured to see people acknowledge my efforts towards women\u2019s football development in The Gambia and beyond.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn life, it\u2019s all about taking bold decisions and move forward for a brighter future.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am still part of women\u2019s football in The Gambia and I will always be,\u2019\u2019 Sissohore M\u2019boge said.<\/p>\n

Sissohore M\u2019boge hailed Gambian journalists for promoting female football.<\/p>\n
