Africa-Press – Gambia. <\/strong><\/span>His Excellency the President of the Republic Mr.Adama Barrow is deeply saddened by the passing of two distinguished brothers, Mr.Bola Carrol and Dr.Henry D.R Carrol, last week.<\/b><\/p>\n

Both gentlemen were renowned legal professionals who dedicated their talents and expertise to various roles in service to our nation. Mr.Bola Carrol commenced his career as a State Counsel before achieving great success as a private legal practitioner.<\/p>\n

Dr.Henry D.R Carrol, on the other hand, embarked on an exemplary journey within the public sector, beginning as a State Counsel and ultimately rising to the esteemed position of Solicitor General and Legal Secretary at the Ministry of Justice.Notably, Dr. Henry recently retired as the erudite Commissioner for Law Reform.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the President of the Republic, the government, and the people of The Gambia, the Honorable Attorney General and Minister of Justice extends heartfelt condolences to the Carrol family and friends during this challenging time.<\/p>\n

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, and we beseech the Almighty God to provide the much-needed solace and strength to bear this immense loss.May the gentle souls of Mr. Bola Carrol and Dr. Henry D.R Carrol rest in eternal peace.<\/p>\n
