Africa-Press – Gambia. <\/strong><\/span>Ghana U-20 team has dashed The Gambia U-20 team\u2019s hopes of reaching the quarter-finals of the All African Games, Accra 2023.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Black Satellites defeated the Young Scorpions 3-1 in their second Group A match played at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The Gambia U-20 team needed the maximum points against Ghana U-20 team to increase their chances of reaching the last eight of the All African Games, Accra 2023.<\/p>\n

The Young Scorpions drew goalless with Benin in their opening group match played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday 8th March 2024 prior to their match with the Black Satellites.<\/p>\n

The Young Scorpions fought hard to beat the Black Satellites to snatch the vital three points to boost their chances of reaching the quarter-finals of the All African Games, Accra 2013 but lost to Ghana U-20 team.<\/p>\n

Coach Abdoulie Bojang and his Young Scorpions charges must overcome Congo Brazzaville in their third and final Group A match and hope Ghana beat Benin to cruise to the quarter-finals of the All African Games.<\/p>\n
