Africa-Press – Gambia. <\/strong><\/span>The civil case involving former GACH Companyemployee Khadija Kebbeh and Chief Executive Officer of the company Abubacarr Jawara resumes today at the High Court in Banjul.<\/b><\/p>\n

It could be recalled that in 2021, Abubacarr Jawara accused Khadija Kebbeh of stealing D58M from him, money meant to buy petroleum products.<\/p>\n

However, Khadija denied the allegations, stating that she delivered the money to the supplier, who confirmed the receipt of payment and subsequently delivered D32M worth of petroleum. The outstanding balance, according to records, is D26M worth of petroleum products with the supplier.<\/p>\n

The case will resume at 10:30 am before Justice Ebrima Jaiteh.<\/p>\n
