He emphasized that the transition to digital platforms would improve efficiency and transparency in the processing and issuance of essential documents, including driving licenses, certificates of character, and vehicle number plates. Commissioner Njie also urged officers to provide maximum support to members of the public during the adoption of the new system.<\/p>\n<p>Leading the visiting team, Alhagie Babou Joof, Head of Non-Tax Revenue at the Accountant General\u2019s Office, explained that the initiative represents a major shift from manual to digital payment methods. He stressed that the reform would simplify procedures for both citizens and government institutions.
