The Fund, founded and supported by natives of the coastal village of Sanyang, aimed to promote local development.<\/p>\n<p>Sedia Bojang, SDF Treasurer, presented the Income and Expenditure Statement for the period ending 30 November 2025. He said the Fund received a total income of GMD 1,934,866.70 from diaspora members, local community contributors, and supporters through GoFundMe and other initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis level of contribution underscores the strong unity and commitment of the Sanyang community towards meaningful development,\u201d Bojang said.<\/p>\n<p>Total expenditure during the period amounted to GMD 1,419,734.34, covering Bunkilling Mortuary support, meetings, smartphone assistance, condolences, Ramadan Sugar 2025, medical fund interventions, SDF registration fees, deep-sea port-related operations, and legal fees. Bojang said all expenses were guided by accountability and transparency.<\/p>\n<p>The fund recorded a closing balance of GMD 515,132.36 as of 30 November 2025, verified across bank accounts, cash holdings, and project-specific funds.
