Africa-Press – Gambia. <\/strong><\/span>The High Commissioner and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of The Gambia to the Republics of Mali and Burkina Faso with residence in Dakar, His Excellency Hadrammeh Musa Sidibeh, on Tuesday January 11, 2022 presented his Letters of Credence to the President of Burkina Faso, His Excellency Roch Marc Christian Kabor\u00e9 at the Presidency.<\/p>\n

Following presentation of his Letters of credence, High Commissioner Sidibeh conveyed fraternal best wishes from the President of the Republic of The Gambia, His Excellency Adama Barrow to the Burkinab\u00e9 President, His Excellency Roch Marc Christian Kabor\u00e9, the Government and the people of Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n

During the diplomatic engagement, His Excellency President Kabor\u00e9 and High Commissioner Sidibeh expressed, respectively, the common interest of developing national economy by improving good neighbourliness, friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, not only to serve shared interests of the two countries but also in order to conduce peace, stability, development of the Gambia, Burkina Faso and the entire sub-region. For his part, President Kabor\u00e9 felicitated President Adama Barrow on his landslide victory, and wished him a successful mandate. He also congratulated High Commissioner Sidibeh on his appointment, and assured him of the support of his government and the people of Burkina Faso.<\/p>\n
