He contacted GTSC via the company\u2019s official number but said the response was \u201calarming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey told me this was standard practice for normal service buses and that passengers could not be asked to disembark, even when the bus was full,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The conductor reportedly confirmed that overcrowding was routinely accepted.
