Africa-Press – Ghana. The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Krachi East Municipality, Mr. Safo Nketia, has convened a meeting with departmental heads to discuss pressing issues affecting the municipality.
The meeting with departmental heads from various sectors, including the Municipal Health Directorate, National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), Birth and Death Registry, Security Agencies, Stool Lands, and Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), among others.
The meeting aimed to identify problems and work collaboratively to find solutions.
The MCE’s engagement with departmental heads underscores the importance of teamwork and collective problem-solving in addressing the municipality’s challenges.
The meeting provided a platform for departmental heads to share their concerns, highlight challenges, and propose solutions.
During the interaction, departmental heads raised concerns specific to their departments and the assembly pledged its support to address these issues.
At the forum, the heads of Environmental and Zoomlion highlighted issues affecting their operations, but the MCE assured in addressing sanitation challenges in the area.
Mr Nketia assured departmental heads that all concerns raised during the meeting would be addressed immediately.
In addition, he appealed for collective collaboration between the Municipal Assembly and all departmental heads.
The MCE’s proactive approach is expected to yield tangible results, ultimately benefiting the residents of Krachi East.
