Africa-Press – Ghana. Ghana midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh has equaled his goal scoring record from last season for St Pauli after netting two goals against Karlsruher over the weekend.

Kyereh’s brace increased his tally in the Bundesliga II to nine goals this season, same number he scored last season.

The Black Stars midfielder has been in blistering form for the Boys in Brown since returning from the AFrica Cup of Nations.

He has scored five goals in five matches, and three on a row as St Pauli’s promotion dreams is back on course.

His form is good news for Ghana’s senior national team, who will play Nigeria in the World Cup qualifiers later this month.

In all competitions, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh has netted ten goals and provided 10 assists.

St Pauli lie third on the Bundesliga II table and just a point adrift of leaders Werder Bremen.

He joined the club in the summer of 2020 from Wehen Wiesbaden.
