Africa-Press – Ghana. Panways Company Limited through its subsidiary, Panways Foundation and UNIKAT HANDELS GMBH of Austria and Ghana have donated a water reservoir with its associate equipment to the Nkroful District court.
The gesture, which formed part of the corporate social responsibility of the company, was to ensure that the court got access to potable and constant water supply for a better acceleration of the justice delivery.
Mr Patrick Kwesie, Director of Projects at the Panways Foundation, said the donation was made in anticipation of adopting the court to enhance justice delivery in the district.
“The next step would be to have an exchange programme with the judicial service and nationalise the agenda”, he added.
Mr Kwesie was confident that all efforts to make institutions in Ghana better would come to fruition. He mentioned that the donated items were an intervention by Prof Maurizio Zadra and Doctor Luigi Brescia of Italy. Her ladyship Mrs Awo French, the presiding Magistrate who received the items commended Panways Foundation for the good thought.
