The Ghana Football Association (GFA) led by the Executive Council member, Samuel Anim Addo has organised a one day workshop for both Division one and Women’s League coaches at the GFA Secretariat on 9th December 2019.

The 1 day seminar was to help the coaches to be equipped with modern trends of coaching and also ensure they are abreast with the laws of the game.

Speaking to the media after the  seminar, Executive Council member Sammy Anim Addo expressed belief that the seminar will improve the performances of the coaches.

“This is the GFA initiative, of course this seminar will help raise the performance standard of the various coaches, I believe this won’t be the first and the last, we as gfa will do all we can to see the love of the game back to its people”, he said.

Most of the coaches present were delighted about the seminar, promising to adopt all that was learnt at the workshop in their line of work as Coaches.

“We thank the GFA for this opportunity, as the league is about to start, we believe that whatever we have gone through will help us to perform well in our various clubs.” a participant said.

The Women’s League as well as the National division one are scheduled to start on 28th December respectively, after the GFA was restored to normalcy with the election of Kurt Okraku as President.
