Africa-Press – Ghana. The Black Galaxies of Ghana arrived home on Sunday, afternoon from Nigeria after the second leg of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier.
The Galaxies were handed a 3-1 defeat by Nigeria, which ensured their absence at the next Championship of African Nations in East Africa, despite a spirited second half performance at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
The Ghanaian contingent touched down at the Kotoka International Airport at 12:30 GMT.
The players would rejoin their clubs for the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
