Miss Akwaaba Season 4 Auditions Deadline Pushed to may 3

Africa-Press – Ghana. Ceejay Multimedia, organisers of the Miss Akwaaba pageant, has extended auditions for the 13-week cultural and tourism reality show to Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Auditions will run from Monday, April 28, to Saturday, May 3, from 1000 hours to 1700 hours daily at Ceejay Multimedia, Lapaz-Accra.

The event is expected to attract young, ambitious Ghanaian women aged 18 to 35 from across the country.

In a statement to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday in Accra, organisers said prospective participants must be “attractive, intelligent, fearless, expressive, brave, self-assured, optimistic, and forceful” to be considered.

The pageant aims to highlight Ghanaian cultural distinctiveness and promote tourism while serving as a learning tool for contestants.

“Miss Akwaaba is a platform that encourages young women to follow their aspirations, give back to their communities, and take on advocacy roles for positive change.

“It is not only a beauty pageant; but gives young ladies a stage to demonstrate their skills and promote significant social change,” the statement said.

The ultimate winner of Miss Akwaaba 2025 will receive a car and a cash prize of GH₵10,000. The first runner-up will earn GH₵7,000, while the second runner-up will receive GH₵5,000.

“Interested applicants can call 053-548 1988 or 024-111 0139 for further information and register for free,” the statement said.

The pageant is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, the Ghana Tourism Authority, the National Commission on Culture, and Tour Motherland.
