Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>The Apostle John Boakye Danquah, Head Pastor, Lordship of Christ Mission, has encouraged Christians to get to know God well in the year 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201c2022 is for those who know God,\u201d he stressed at a watchnight service to usher in the New Year.<\/p>\n

Quoting from Daniel 11:32, he said, \u201cAnd such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits\u201d. Apostle Danquah noted that 2021 came with its own calamities, with COVID-19 and the ravaging omicron variant, which made people forgot God.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was a pandemic that hit Ghana in 2019, it stayed with us and is still with us. Along the line, from no where was another Omicron Variant spreading across the country but I speak as a servant of God that if ye shall know the God you serve, you shall not be affected with all these pandemics\u201d he said. The congregants sang, danced and gave thanks to God for seeing them through 2021 and for a better 2022.<\/p>\n
