The Former First Vice Chairman and a leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Stephen Ntim has said John Dramani Mahama will destroy the free Senior High School like he did to the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS)<\/strong><\/p>\n According to him, the torch bearer of the NDC has no clue as to how to continue with free the SHS policy in the unlikely event of ever coming to power.<\/p>\n \u201d He will destroy it like he did to the NHIS and other programs the NPP left for them after losing power to them in 2008\u2033, Mr Ntim observed.<\/p>\n The NPP stalwart also said he was scandalized by the sudden U-turn by Mahama that free SHS has come to stay.<\/p>\n \u201cThe NDC have been very emphatic with their disdain for the program.
