Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>Former Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda says Swindon Town goalkeeper Jojo Wollacot together with the other goalkeepers in Ghana’s squad for the 2021 AFCON should be maintained for the World Cup playoff against Nigeria.<\/p>\n

There have been calls for a review in the goalkeeping department in the Ghana team after the disastrous performance in the AFCON.<\/p>\n

The former Legon Cities shot-stopper has called for patience and backed the three goalkeepers to be named in the squad for the crucial encounter against Nigeria.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen it comes to the goalkeeping department. It is very important and crucial. When we went to the AFCON things didn\u2019t go but from a technical point of view, I will never blame the goalkeeper Jojo Wollacot for the goals he conceded at the AFCON\u201d, Fatau Dauda told Happy FM.<\/p>\n
