The ticket will also be available for July and August, though trains, in particular, are expected to be very crowded as a result.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, German fuel taxes are being slashed to reach the lowest level permitted under EU\u202flaw by the end of August in a bid to ease prices at the pump in the famously car-loving\u202fnation.<\/p>\n<p>The price of petrol is forecast to drop by about 35 cents per litre, while the cost of diesel is likely to drop by about 17 cents.
