Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>Ghana’s World Cup group opponents South Korea have lined up a friendly against Egypt ahead of the tournament in Qatar later this year.<\/p>\n

The preparatory game against Egypt is to give them the kind of test to expect from the Black Stars of Ghana.<\/p>\n

South Korea, who have already played Brazil and Chile in friendlies this month, will take on the Pharaohs on June 14th in Seoul.<\/p>\n

South Korea will also play Paraguay in Suwon on June 10th.<\/p>\n

The Asian giants lost 5-1 to Brazil in their first friendly before victory over Chile two days ago.<\/p>\n

“Korea’s goal is to advance to the round of 16 at least for the Qatar World Cup. If they reach the round of 16, they will play a total of 4 matches. They are preparing for the World Cup in various ways,” said a South Korean FA official explain their busy schedule prior to the World Cup.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Ghana has arrived in Japan for the Kirin Cup tournament against Japan and Chile.<\/p>\n

The Black Stars will face South Korea in their second Group H game at the World Cup in Qatar.<\/p>\n
