Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayensuano Constituency in the Eastern Region, Honorable Teddy Safori Addi in collaboration with NDC-SA and Allied Consortiums Global has provided a total of hundred boreholes to some communities in his constituency to help the residents in these beneficiary communities to access good drinking water to improve on the living conditions.<\/p>\n

The Commissioning and handing over ceremony was graced by Hon Alexander Percival Segbefia (former Minister of Health and international Relations Director of NDC).<\/p>\n

Honorable Teddy Addi-Safori (MP For Ayensuano Constituency) Mr Benjamin Quashie (chairman of counsel of Elders for NDC-SA and executive chairman of Allied Consortiums.<\/p>\n

Mr Mohammed Bukari ( Chairman of NDC-SA Chapter) Mr Stephen Attuahene ( Organizer of NDC-SA) Mr Isaac K Penni ( Deputy Secretary NDC-SA) Alongside constituency executives of the National Democratic Congress.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a brief separate ceremonies to hand over the boreholes to the beneficiary communities, Honorable Teddy Safori Addi thanked the South Africa charter of the NDC for supporting him to construct the first batch of the boreholes water facilities which they have successfully commissioned on Saturday July 1, 2022.<\/p>\n

He urged the beneficiary communities to take good care of the boreholes to prolong its lifespan and pledged his commitment towards meeting the needs of his people.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are immensely thankful to Honorable Teddy Safori Addi and the South Africa charter of that NDC for providing of these mechanized boreholes, we have longed for potable water for years and to have him as our hard working MP, he has truly shown his commitment and selfless attitudes to construct these water facilities for us, we are grateful,\u201d the residents lauded their MP.<\/p>\n

For his part, Mr Segbefia thanked the South Africa Chapter of the NDC and Allied Consortiums for supporting the MP to provide the merchandise boreholes water facilities for his constituents<\/p>\n

He encouraged other philanthropists, individual personalities and organisations to emulate the shinning example of the MP and South Africa wing of the NDC<\/p>\n

Mr Quashie asserted that these is an initiative between NDC-SA Chapter and Allied Consortiums Global to bring portable water to the people in these beneficiary communities.<\/p>\n
