Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>Some 904 Registered Candidates from three Senior High Schools (SHSs) in the Kadjebi District are expected to write this year\u2019s West African Secondary School Examination (WASSCE) at three Examination Centres in the District.<\/p>\n

The Examination starts on Monday, August 1, 2022 with candidates with Practical\/Project work and ends on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The main paper, that is, English Language 3 (Oral) paper would be written on Monday, August 29, 2022, where all the 904 Candidates are expected to write.<\/p>\n

The Examination Centres would be managed by three Supervisors, who are the Headmasters and assisted by their Assistant Headmasters. Thirty-four Invigilators in all are expected to invigilate the examinations.<\/p>\n

Mr. Christopher Agorkle, the District Examination Officer disclosed this to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview at Kadjebi in the Oti Region. He said Kadjebi-Asato SHS (KASEC) has presented 451 candidates, Dodi-Papase SHS (DOPAS) 375 candidates and Ahamansu Islamic SHS 78 candidates for the examination.<\/p>\n

He said while the Practical papers might not see much Police presence, the major papers would see Police presence to guard against likely examination malpractices.<\/p>\n

Mr. Seth Seyram Deh, the Kadjebi District Director of Education, advised the candidates to do independent work and follow the rules and regulations of the exams.<\/p>\n

He asked the candidates to respect the Invigilators and follow the instructions strictly. He said \u201cthe rules and regulations governing the running of the schools are still in force\u201d, so they should respect them while writing.<\/p>\n
