Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>Ghana midfielder Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is in line to feature for SC Freiburg in their Europa League match against Qaraba\u011f FK on Thursday night after recovering from an injury.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old has been dealing with physical problems since he made the switch to the Bundesliga from St Pauli. The Ghana international is now back on the rise after he gained match practice in the second team at the weekend.<\/p>\n

He featured for 80 minutes for the side as they won 1-0 against Ingolstadt in the 3rd division match. SC Freiburg coach Christian Streich has confirmed the Ghanaian could be given some game time against Azerbaijani giants Qaraba\u011f FK in their Europa League match on tonigh.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has had pain [in his back and loins, i. Red.]. That affected him a lot and stayed with him for a few weeks,\u201d said Streich during the press round on the start of the Europa League against Azerbaijani representative Qaraba\u011f FK<\/p>\n

“He played 80 minutes and it was good with his back,” explained Streich. “That’s exactly how we wanted it.”<\/p>\n

“If there was a need, I can say: Kofi we throw in 30 minutes or even a bit longer.”<\/p>\n
