The woman who went viral for featuring in a\u00a0sex tape with Kevin Hart is suing the comedian for\u00a0$60 million<\/strong><\/p>\n

Montia Sabbag\u00a0claims in a new lawsuit Kevin\u00a0Hart conspired with a friend to secretly record their encounter in a Vegas hotel room in 2017.In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Sabbag claims recording the sex tape\u00a0was all planned by Hart and his friend JT Jackson,\u00a0who later was arrested for extortion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

She says Hart was motivated by publicity, especially with an upcoming comedy tour, so he\u00a0and JT allegedly hid the camera to record their encounter.<\/p>\n

The suit claims Hart allowed Jackson into the Cosmopolitan Hotel suite so he could set up hidden video recording devices to capture the encounter between Hart and Sabbag.<\/p>\n

Jackson was later charged with 2 counts of extortion relating to alleged efforts to get money out of Hart to keep the tape hidden. Jackson denied ever extorting the comedian.<\/p>\n

Hart, who has already apologised to his wife for his infidelity, has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of the recording. He claims\u00a0he, too, was a victim of Jackson’s extortion attempts.<\/p>\n
