Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>Blakk Rasta has criticised Bryan Acheampong, saying the politician\u2019s recent comments promote violence.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Member of Parliament for Abetifi Constituency, during the NPP\u2019s Unity Walk over the weekend, said the ruling party would never hand over power to the opposition party and would do everything within its means to win the 2024 general elections.<\/p>\n

Acheampong\u2019s comments have drawn mixed reactions, mostly criticism. Blakk Rasta, on his show \u201cTaxi Driver\u201d on 3FM, expressed his disappointment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese cowards hide behind this foolishness and misbehave every time, and I am hurt. How can a whole party come out and support this demonic talk? You have an equal measure of violence, and people are happy about it,\u201d Blakk Rasta said.<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cIf they are violent, we are also violent. Oh, let us send you to Somalia, where there is violence, so we can check your level of violence. Can we take you to Ukraine because that is where we need violence? Go there!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe he is politically drunk and his senses are not working,\u201d he said, mocking Acheampong\u2019s two-week course with the American Air Force, stating that any training from them does not guarantee success in all situations.<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I remember the bombing at Pearl Harbour. I remember Vietnam, where America lost right from the top to the bottom. I remember, and I know as a historian, that America does not always win. America is not God,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n
