Since taking over as coach in early 2023, the Swiss tactician has overseen a remarkable transformation in the team\u2019s performance, characterised by breathtaking displays and six consecutive victories without conceding a single goal.<\/p>\n

Black Queens\u2019 recent 7-0 victory over Rwanda in Kigali has solidified their position in the race to qualify for the Africa Women\u2019s Cup of Nations in Morocco next year. This impressive run comes after the team missed out on the previous tournament.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the second leg of the first-round tie against Rwanda, scheduled to take place in Accra, coach Nora Hauptle shared her insights with reporters, highlighting the dedication and hard work of the players as the secret behind the team\u2019s gradual improvement.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can say the secret behind the gradual improvement of the team is putting in a lot of work, but I need to congratulate the players for taking the right decisions on the pitch,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n

Hauptle also praised her staff for their professional analysis of the game and individual talks with players.<\/p>\n

Black Queens have not only scored numerous goals but have also maintained clean sheets, reflecting the effectiveness of their game plan. Hauptle further emphasised the importance of adapting their strategy and positioning players effectively to achieve positive results.<\/p>\n

As they continue their journey in women\u2019s football, the Black Queens are not only eyeing qualification for the 2022 Africa Women\u2019s Cup of Nations but are also in contention for a spot in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.<\/p>\n
