Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>The National Investment Bank (NIB) held a health walk on Saturday to com\u00admemorate its 60th anniversary.<\/b><\/p>\n

The celebrants converged on the Burma Camp Sports Complex and walked through the princi\u00adpal streets and returned to the complex.<\/p>\n

They engaged in sack race, musical chairs, ludo, oware, danc\u00ading competition and the comical three-legged race.<\/p>\n

Mr Samuel Sarpong, the Managing Director of NIB, said the bank was committed to both financial services and the well-be\u00ading of the staff.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, as we celebrate our year-long anniversary, we\u2019re reminded that our success is rooted in our connection with our customers and the communities we are a part of.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur success is intrinsically tied to the dedication of our employ\u00adees and this event is our way of showing our appreciation for your hard work and dedication,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Mr Kitchiner Tettey, a long-serving NIB employee, could not hide his delight, saying \u201cThis is a fantastic way to celebrate our bank\u2019s 60th anniversary. It\u2019s not just about the games, it\u2019s about the spirit of togetherness and appreciation that the bank has for us, the staff.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe health walk was not only about physical well-being but also about building a sense of unity and togetherness among NIB staff. As employees competed in friendly games, they created last\u00ading memories and strengthened the bonds within the NIB family,\u201d Mr Tettey said.<\/p>\n

NIB\u2019s 60th-anniversary Health Walk and Fun Games highlighted the bank\u2019s commitment to foster\u00ading a healthy, vibrant, and engaged workforce.<\/p>\n

It showcased NIB\u2019s dedication to its employees and celebrated the bank\u2019s significant milestone<\/p>\n
