Rennes\u2019 recent acquisition, Alidu Seidu, marked his debut in European football with an impressive showing.<\/p>\n

Coming off the bench in the 67th minute replacing Guela Doue against AC Milan, Seidu played a crucial role in stabilising Rennes\u2019 defense, preventing any further goals after his introduction.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, AC Milan through Ruben Loftus-Cheek\u2019s brace and Rafael Leao\u2019s goal had already decided the outcome of the game. Despite the 3-0 defeat, Seidu\u2019s contribution was evident for the French side.<\/p>\n

At the Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Salis Abdul Samed featured for 28 minutes for RC Lens in their hard-fought goalless draw against Freiburg. RC Lens, having missed out on progressing in the UEFA Champions League, are now focused on securing an aggregate advantage over the German side in the upcoming second leg.<\/p>\n
