Africa-Press – Ghana. <\/strong><\/span>The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Effia Constituency in the Western Region, Abdul Majeed-Dokurgu, has outlined his vision in the area of education for the Effia Constituency.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to him, he has the best policies in the area of education for the constituency.<\/p>\n

As part of efforts towards the implementation of his vision, the MP aspirant has distributed mathematical sets and other educational items to all the junior high school (JHS) candidates ahead of the upcoming Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), which is scheduled to start on Monday.<\/p>\n

In an interaction with about 890 candidates from across 10 schools in the Constituency, Abdul Majeed-Dokurgu encouraged them to prioritize their education and he is ever ready to assist them.<\/p>\n

He again outlined his vision in the sector under the BOSS Daakyepa Educational Policy, promising that the first 100 students entering senior high school will receive some support from him.<\/p>\n

The support, he indicated, includes free exercise books and mattresses.<\/p>\n

He later led a team to distribute the mathematical sets and other educational equipment to each of the students.<\/p>\n

The enthused students and teachers, in return, thanked the Parliamentary Candidate for the gesture.<\/p>\n
