Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Apre\u0300s la fin des enque\u0302tes administratives qui ont abouti a\u0300 leur limogeage, lundi 17 novembre 2022, les anciens hauts cadres du de\u0301partement des infrastructures et des transports font encore face, depuis hier, jeudi, aux officiers de la police judiciaire. Cette fois, il est question du volet judiciaire de leur dossier.<\/p>\n

Ce vendredi, 18 novembre 2022, Patrice Toupou (ex Secre\u0301taire Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du de\u0301partement), Cheick Ahmed Tidiane Camara ex Chef de cabinet), Demba Kourouma (ex Conseiller principal), Rodrigues Georges Louis (ex Conseiller juridique), Aly Conde\u0301 (ex Directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du Fonds d\u2019entretien routier), Saa Yolande Camara (ex directeur national de l\u2019entretien routier) et Bangaly Kourouma (ex responsable des marche\u0301s publics), accompagne\u0301s de leurs avocats, ont e\u0301te\u0301 convoque\u0301s par les gendarmes qui les interrogent sur la corruption et le de\u0301tournement de deniers publics dont ils sont accuse\u0301s.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, Yaya Sow, ex ministre des infrastructures et des transports, a e\u0301te\u0301 auditionne\u0301 hier sur ce me\u0302me dossier par les enque\u0302teurs.<\/p>\n

On apprend qu\u2019apre\u0300s ces enque\u0302tes , le dossier sera transmis a\u0300 la Cour de re\u0301pression des infractions e\u0301conomiques et financie\u0300res (CRIEF), devenue la be\u0302te noire des cadres ve\u0301reux de la Re\u0301publique, pour de\u0301cider du sort a\u0300 accorder a\u0300 ces anciens hauts commis de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n

A rappeler que les ennuis judiciaires de ces huit anciens responsables sont partis d\u2019un audio mis en ligne sur les re\u0301seaux sociaux, les incriminant dans un scandale de partage de marche\u0301s publics lie\u0301s a\u0300 des lots d\u2019assainissement et de curage de caniveaux.<\/p>\n

Ils seront tous suspendus par un arre\u0302te\u0301 du Premier ministre, Chef du gouvernement, Dr Bernard Goumou, le dimanche 6 novembre, avant d\u2019e\u0302tre invite\u0301s, de\u0300s le lendemain a\u0300 la DCIJ\/GN pour des enque\u0302tes administratives, boucle\u0301es elles, le 15 du mois.<\/p>\n

Finalement, le mardi 17 novembre, de\u0301termine\u0301 a\u0300 mener un combat sans merci contre la corruption et le de\u0301tournement des deniers publics, le Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, a pris un de\u0301cret, limogeant le ministre Yaya Sow et ses 7 compagnons d\u2019infortune.<\/p>\n
