Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Poursuivi pour de\u0301tournement de 41 mille dollars US, Abdourahmane Che\u0301rif Camara a comparu hier, mardi 20 de\u0301cembre 2022, au tribunal de premie\u0300re instance de Kaloum. Cet homme d\u2019affaires est entendu devant cette juridiction pour des faits d\u2019abus de confiance au pre\u0301judice de Sonny Doumbouya. A\u0300 la barre, le pre\u0301venu a reconnu les faits qui lui sont reproche\u0301s et dit avoir remis un ve\u0301hicule a\u0300 la partie civile, l\u2019e\u0301quivalent dudit montant.<\/p>\n

A\u0300 l\u2019entame de ses re\u0301quisitions, le ministe\u0300re public a tenu a\u0300 rappeler les faits pour lesquels Abdourahmane Che\u0301rif Camara est poursuivi devant ce tribunal correctionnel. Selon le substitut du procureur, le pre\u0301venu est entre\u0301 en contact avec la partie civile, en l\u2019occurrence Sonny Doumbouya, pour livrer des voitures d\u2019occasion Bruxelles a\u0300 ce dernier en contrepartie d\u2019une somme de 41 000 dollars US. C\u2019est ainsi, apre\u0300s avoir perc\u0327u ce montant, plusieurs mois se sont e\u0301coule\u0301s sans que Sonny Doumbouya n\u2019entre en possession des ve\u0301hicules.<\/p>\n

A\u0300 la barre, a\u0300 l\u2019audience pre\u0301ce\u0301dente, le pre\u0301venu aurait avoue\u0301 n\u2019avoir pas honore\u0301 ses engagements vis-a\u0300-vis de son partenaire, reconnaissant ainsi le de\u0301lit d\u2019abus de confiance alle\u0301gue\u0301 contre lui.<\/p>\n

En pre\u0301sentant ainsi ses re\u0301quisitions, le procureur Mohamed Bangoura a demande\u0301 au tribunal de retenir Abdourahmane Che\u0301rif Camara dans les liens de la pre\u0301vention. Pour la re\u0301pression, il a requis un an de prison avec sursis. Vu l\u2019esprit coope\u0301ratif du pre\u0301venu et sa bonne foi observe\u0301e tout au long de la proce\u0301dure, le ministe\u0300re public a demande\u0301 des circonstances atte\u0301nuantes en sa faveur.<\/p>\n

Pour sa part, l\u2019avocat de la de\u0301fense a plaide\u0301 coupable de\u0300s sa prise de parole. E\u0301tant donne\u0301 que son client a rembourse\u0301 une voiture e\u0301quivalent a\u0300 41 mille dollars a\u0300 la partie civile, Me Salif Be\u0301avogui a demande\u0301 la Cle\u0301mence du tribunal pour la bonne foi du pre\u0301venu. Il a en outre plaide\u0301 pour que son client soit dispense\u0301 de la peine qui sera prononce\u0301e.<\/p>\n

Au cours des e\u0301changes, le ministe\u0300re public a rappele\u0301 qu\u2019il a rec\u0327u une lettre de de\u0301sistement de la part de la partie civile.<\/p>\n

Le tribunal a mis l\u2019affaire en de\u0301libe\u0301re\u0301 pour de\u0301cision e\u0302tre rendue le 3 janvier 2023.<\/p>\n
