Accuse\u0301 d\u2019e\u0302tre a\u0300 l\u2019origine de ces de\u0301sagre\u0301ments, le gouvernement a formellement nie\u0301 ces alle\u0301gations par le biais de son porte-parole, Ousmane Gaoual Diallo, lors du compte-rendu du Conseil des ministres du jeudi 18 mai.<\/p>\n

D\u2019emble\u0301e, le ministre des Postes, Te\u0301le\u0301communications et de l\u2019E\u0301conomie Nume\u0301rique, Ousmane Gaoual Diallo, a rappele\u0301 que ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019Autorite\u0301 de Re\u0301gulation des Postes et Te\u0301le\u0301communications (ARPT) qui ge\u0300re la connexion internet en Guine\u0301e, mais pluto\u0302t la Guine\u0301enne de la Large Bande (GUILAB).<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une panne qui se produit partout, sauf en Guine\u0301e, et chacun y va de son commentaire. Les gens aiment associer tous les e\u0301ve\u0301nements et chacun formule des conjectures pour raconter ce qu\u2019il veut. Nous savons parfaitement ce qu\u2019il en est. Mais laissez-moi simplement vous dire que si le gouvernement de\u0301cide de fermer Internet (Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter…), il le fera et assumerait les conse\u0301quences. Cependant, ce n\u2019est pas le cas \u00bb, a-t-il pre\u0301cise\u0301.<\/p>\n

Il a conclu en de\u0301clarant : \u00ab Il arrive qu\u2019il y ait des perturbations.
