Cette comparution a e\u0301te\u0301 sollicite\u0301e afin d\u2019avoir un avis clinique sur la \u00ab possibilite\u0301 ou non de faire venir \u00bb Ibrahima Kassory Fofana a\u0300 la barre.<\/p>\n

A la barre, Dr Mamadou Alpha Diallo a d\u2019abord souligne\u0301 que la de\u0301cision de comparai\u0302tre de\u0301pend du patient. Cependant, il a confirme\u0301 que l\u2019e\u0301tat de sante\u0301 d\u2019Ibrahima Kassory Fofana ne\u0301cessite une surveillance me\u0301dicale et a recommande\u0301 son e\u0301vacuation sanitaire dans un lieu spe\u0301cialise\u0301. \u00ab Nous avons rec\u0327u Ibrahima Kassory Fofana depuis le 19 fe\u0301vrier. C\u2019est-a\u0300-dire, son e\u0301tat ne\u0301cessite une surveillance me\u0301dicale… Pour se tenir debout, il faut le soutenir. Pour prendre en charge sa pathologie, me\u0302me nos ho\u0302pitaux de re\u0301fe\u0301rence n\u2019ont pas le plateau ne\u0301cessaire. Donc, en tant que me\u0301decin traitant, je recommande son e\u0301vacuation dans une structure sanitaire spe\u0301cialise\u0301e pour la prise en charge \u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 le me\u0301decin a\u0300 la barre.<\/p>\n

Face a\u0300 ses de\u0301clarations, le ministe\u0300re public estime qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019obstacle sanitaire a\u0300 entendre Ibrahima Kassory Fofana a\u0300 la barre.
