\u2018\u2019On note l\u2019Occident est moins porte\u0301 aujourd\u2019hui vers la promotion et la de\u0301fense des valeurs de de\u0301mocratie et des liberte\u0301s que par la guerre d\u2019influence et des inte\u0301re\u0302ts e\u0301conomiques nationaux\u2019\u2019, de\u0301plore-t-il, rappelant par le passe\u0301, \u2018\u2019un coup d\u2019Etat e\u0301tait condamne\u0301, la coope\u0301ration e\u0301conomique e\u0301tait re\u0301duite a\u0300 son minimum lorsqu\u2019elle n\u2019e\u0301tait pas suspendue jusqu\u2019au re\u0301tablissement de l\u2019ordre constitutionnel. Ce n\u2019est plus le cas aujourd\u2019hui\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Il fait remarquer aux occidentaux que sous le re\u0300gne du ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Doumbouya, \u2018\u2019on a eu une cinquantaine de jeunes abattus a\u0300 bout portant dans les rues alors qu\u2019ils manifestaient soit contre les de\u0301lestages e\u0301lectriques et d\u2019autres pour exiger le respect des dispositions de la charte de la transition. On n\u2019a pas senti des condamnations ou exigences de justice auxquelles on e\u0301tait habitue\u0301s il y a quelques anne\u0301es. Donc, on conside\u0300re que l\u2019Occident me\u0301nage la junte pour des raisons qu\u2019on n\u2019arrive pas a\u0300 expliquer\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ancien Premier ministre de\u0301plore le fait que \u2018\u2019l\u2019Occident condamne moins les mauvaises pratiques qu\u2019il a toujours condamne\u0301\u2019\u2019. Pour e\u0301tayer son argumentaire, il souligne que \u2018\u2019la France a repris sa coope\u0301ration e\u0301conomique et militaire avec la junte. On ne sent pas un attachement de la France, comme ce fut par ce passe\u0301, au respect de certaines valeurs dont le respect des droits humains, les liberte\u0301s fondamentales. La presse est comple\u0300tement musele\u0301e aujourd\u2019hui. On a assiste\u0301 au retrait des agre\u0301ments des principales radios et te\u0301le\u0301visions du pays par la junte. Sous pretexte qu\u2019il y a un risque sur la se\u0301curite\u0301 nationale, on avait assiste\u0301 a\u0300 la coupure d\u2019internet, au retrait de chaines de te\u0301le\u0301 sur le bouquet. C\u2019e\u0301tait pour faire taire les voix dissonantes tre\u0300s critiques sur la gouvernance de la junte et qui de\u0301nonc\u0327aient la corruption\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Au passage, il pre\u0301cise \u2018\u2019ce que je dis sur la communaute\u0301 internationale, c\u2019est pour la CEDEAO qui a aussi ses faiblesses. La CEDEAO, contrairement a\u0300 sa charte, l\u2019accord additionnel sur la de\u0301mocratie et la gouvernance, un re\u0301gime putschiste ne peut pas e\u0302tre accepte\u0301. Il doit e\u0302tre suspendu de l\u2019organisation. Aujourd\u2019hui, toutes les quatre juntes en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest sont redevenues des membres a\u0300 part entie\u0300re de l\u2019organisation. Ce qui est contraire a\u0300 la charte\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

La CEDEAO a-t-elle trahi la de\u0301mocratie en Afrique l\u2019Ouest ? \u2018\u2019Evidement\u2019\u2019, tranche-t-il, tout en indiquant que \u2018\u2019ce n\u2019est pas la me\u0302me rigueur qu\u2019on a connue. On n\u2019acceptait pas qu\u2019un militaire dirige un pays membre de la CEDEAO, mais aujourd\u2019hui, il y a au moins quatre militaires qui dirigeant des pays. Ce qui n\u2019est pas une bonne chose et qui est contraire la charte de la CEDEAO\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
