D\u2019apre\u0300s son constat, de de nos jours, \u2018\u2019il n\u2019est plus ne\u0301cessaire de se donner la peine d\u2019acque\u0301rir honne\u0302tement un diplo\u0302me pour aspirer a\u0300 une reconnaissance dans nos administrations\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

L\u2019homme de loi de\u0301plore un profond changement de valeurs en soulignant qu\u2019au \u2018\u2019lieu d\u2019apprendre pour me\u0301riter, il faut de\u0301sormais se\u0301duire par tous les moyens, me\u0302me les plus de\u0301magogiques. L\u2019essentiel n\u2019est plus d\u2019e\u0302tre compe\u0301tent, mais de parler fort ; non plus d\u2019agir avec rigueur, mais de flatter sans vergogne\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Dans la Guine\u0301e de maintenant, l\u2019intelligence ge\u0302ne, la compe\u0301tence de\u0301range, et l\u2019inte\u0301grite\u0301… fait peur\u2019\u2019, marte\u0300le-t-il, avant d\u2019ajouter, qu\u2019a\u0300 ce rythme, \u2018\u2019il ne restera biento\u0302t plus qu\u2019a\u0300 instituer deux grandes distinctions nationales: le prix de l\u2019excellence en imposture et le prix de la de\u0301magogie triomphante\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
