Le chef du gouvernement a exhorte\u0301 les populations a\u0300 participer massivement au Programme national de recensement administratif a\u0300 vocation d\u2019e\u0301tat civil (PN-RAVEC), soulignant l\u2019importance cruciale de cette ope\u0301ration pour l\u2019avenir de la Guine\u0301e.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Depuis le 15 avril dernier, l\u2019inscription dans le registre national des personnes physiques est en cours dans tous les territoires. Le pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique, le ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Mamadi Doumbouya, a donne\u0301 l\u2019exemple en e\u0301tant le premier citoyen a\u0300 se faire enro\u0302ler\u2019\u2019, a rappele\u0301 le Premier ministre.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019La Guine\u0301e est en marche vers une nouvelle e\u0301tape de son histoire. Et pour re\u0301ussir cette transformation, nous avons besoin de vous. Le programme national de recensement administratif a\u0300 vocation d\u2019E\u0301tat civil, le PN-RAVEC, est plus qu\u2019un simple recensement. C\u2019est le socle d\u2019un E\u0301tat moderne, juste et efficace\u2019\u2019, a-t-il ajoute\u0301.<\/p>\n

Bah Oury a mis en lumie\u0300re les be\u0301ne\u0301fices concrets de l\u2019enro\u0302lement pour chaque individu et pour la nation dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Gra\u0302ce au PN-RAVEC, chaque citoyen obtiendra une identite\u0301 le\u0301gale se\u0301curise\u0301e, un acce\u0300s simplifie\u0301 aux services de sante\u0301, d\u2019e\u0301ducation, a\u0300 l\u2019emploi, a\u0300 la protection sociale, et pourra participer pleinement a\u0300 la vie de\u0301mocratique de notre pays. C\u2019est pourquoi, j\u2019en appelle a\u0300 tous les ressortissants de nos localite\u0301s, ou\u0300 que vous soyez, dans le pays ou a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301tranger\u2019\u2019, a souligne\u0301 le chef du gouvernement.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Chaque citoyen inscrit est une voie pour l\u2019avenir. Chaque enfant enro\u0302le\u0301, c\u2019est une e\u0301cole mieux planifie\u0301e. Chaque femme enregistre\u0301e, c\u2019est un droit consolide\u0301. Chaque ancien recense\u0301, c\u2019est une histoire reconnue\u2019\u2019, a-t-il poursuivi.<\/p>\n

Pour lui, \u2018\u2019le recensement, c\u2019est aussi un outil de justice territoriale. Il permet a\u0300 chaque localite\u0301 d\u2019e\u0302tre mieux repre\u0301sente\u0301e, mieux dote\u0301e, mieux servie. En vous mobilisant pour le PN-RAVEC, vous participez a\u0300 donner a\u0300 votre pre\u0301fecture, a\u0300 votre village, la place qu\u2019il me\u0301rite dans la construction nationale\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
